Welcome to Pazi. By accessing our website and joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Pazi waitlist service.

Waitlist Service

Pazi is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in our upcoming product. Important:

The waitlist is provided as a courtesy to gauge interest and keep potential users informed. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify waitlist members when Pazi launches, but we make no guarantees about timing or access.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using our waitlist service, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit multiple waitlist entries
• Submit disposable or temporary email addresses
• Attempt to manipulate your position on the waitlist
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• The Pazi name, logo, and branding
• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Text, images, and multimedia content
• Software code and functionality

are the exclusive property of Pazi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WAITLIST SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
